Day 1
Arrival at Indore - Visit Omkareshwar Temple
Your spiritual journey begins today as you reach Indore airport/railway station. Our representative will meet you at the respective place and escort you to the hotel. After check-in, you can take some time to relax. Later in the day, it's time to make your way to the Omkareshwar Ghat for a holy dip in the Narmada River. Followed by a visit to the famous Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga Temple to attend the aarti and seek blessings from Lord Shiva.
Mamleshwar Temple is the next holy place you will visit for the day. From here, you can take the holy water of River Narmada in a pot as a blessing. As soon as you are done relishing the spiritual aura of the place, head back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2
Drive Omkareshwar to Barwani to Shahada
On day 2, you will be heading to the next destination, Shahada. Once you complete the checkout formalities, your road journey will begin. The route will take you via Barwani where a quick stop over at the holy temples around is planned. The journey resumes soon after you are done with the spiritual tour. By the time its evening, you will reach Shahada And will be escorted to the hotel. Upon arrival complete the check-in formalities and spend some to relax and relish the flavorsome tea.
Now that you have gained back some energy, it's time to go for a sightseeing tour to Prakasha Village which is also known as Dakshin Kashi. This village is known as a religious site having a number of Lord Shiva temples and also as an excavation site. After the tour, guests can head back to the hotel for night stay.
Day 3
Shahada to Visit Ankleshwar Temple
It's time to move forward in the journey and set foot in another pious destination. As soon as you are done enjoying the breakfast, you have to check out from the hotel in Shahada. Soon after that, your road trip to Ankleshwar in Gujarat will begin. Upon your arrival in Ankleshwar, complete the check in formalities and after some time move out for the tour.
This tourist place is known for the Jain Temples dotted on its land. The next place to cover after Ankleshwar is Vamleshwar Katpur, an important part of the Narmada Parikrama tour. This tourist spot is cuddled on the meeting point of River Narmada and Arabian Sea. Guests can choose to visit Ankleshwar to a part of the aarti or head back to the hotel for night stay.
Day 4
Ankleshwar to Bharuch to Kukshi
Begin your day 4 by visiting Ankleshwar which is pious city in Bharuch district. Spend some time close to the bank of Narmada River. Later take a boat ride to Vimleshwar and reach the conflux to offer some water that you carried from Omkareshwar. You are also supposed to fill the half empty from here. After paying regards, move back to Baruch from where you will be escorted to Kukshi. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kukshi.
Day 5
Kukshi to Maheshwar
Begin this day with a healthy breakfast and check out from your hotel. After that you will be making your way to Maheshwar. Upon your arrival, you will be helped with the check-in formalities and can take some to unwind. Later in the day proceed for an excursion to Maheshwar fort and temples.
Sahastrarjun Temple, Ek Mukhi Datta Temple, Baneshwar temple, Rajrajeshwar Temple are some shrines you can visit in Maheshwar. You can also spend some time at the Ghats or enjoy a boat ride on Narmada River and also take a dip. Move back to the hotel for night stay when the day comes to an end.
Day 6
Maheswar to Khategaon
On this day you will be heading to khategaon via touching Nemawar on the way. As soon as you reach, you will be escorted to your hotel where you can relax for some time. The first attraction of the day will be Renuka mata temple where you can soothe in the prayers. This is followed by a visit to Balmukund Seva Aashram which sits close to the Nemawar Ghat. It is here that the food and a place to stay is offered to those going for Panchkosi yatra.
Later visit the Narmada Ghat to be a part of the evening aarti and then to your hotel for stay.
Day 7
Khategoan to Nemwar to Bareli
On day 7, guest are supposed to checkout from the hotel and make their way to Bareli, a town in Madhya Pradesh. As soon as you reach, you will be escorted to the hotel of your choice where you can relax for some time. Post that, a visit to the nearby temple and the local market of Bareli is planned.
End the day by visiting the Narmada Ghat for the evening aarti and then head back to the hotel for stay.
Day 8
Bareli to Udaipura to Jabalpur
Kick start the day by a delicious breakfast because after that your trip to Jabalpur will begin. The tourist attractions you will be touring today are Bhedaghat, Gwari Ghat, and Madan Mahal Fort. Overnight stay at the hotel in Jabalpur.
Day 9
Jabalpur to Shahdol to Visit Amarkantak Temple
This day brings in more opportunities to explore on your Narmada Parikrama journey. Just after breakfast, your tour will continue with Amarkantak being the next stop. On your way, there will be a quick stop over at Virateshwar Temple which falls in Sohagpur, Shahdol.
Resume your journey to Amarkantak also known as 'King of Pilgrimages'. By evening you will reach your destination and will be taken straight to the hotel. Take some time to relax and then head out for sightseeing the Kapildhara Waterfall, nearby temples, and Narmada Kund. You are going to love the tranquility is settled in the surroundings and can choose to spend some time. After the tour, guests will head back for dinner and night stay.
Day 10
Drive Amarkantak to Mandla
Once you are done with the breakfast, you will be heading to Maa ki Bagiya Temple where the Garden Goddess is worshipped. After that visit Narmada Kund, a religious site in Amarkantak. This is the place where you have to offer some of the holy water you took in the beginning. Post this, you can choose to visit the nearby places in Amarkantak and enjoy lunch time.
This is followed by a road journey to Mandla. Upon your arrival, check in at the hotel where you will be staying overnight.
Day 11
Mandla to Narsinghpur
This day will begin by enjoying some breakfast and then heading to Narsinghpur. Upon your arrival, you will be escorted to the hotel so that you can relax. After some time, a visit to the nearby temple and ghat on River Narmada is planned for the day. Later, head back to hotel for night stay.
Day 12
Narsinghpur to Hoshangabad
As soon as this day begin, guests will be served breakfast. After that, that road trip to Hoshangabad. Once you reach the destination, you can choose to spend some time close to the ghat on Narmada River. This is followed by overnight stay in Hoshangabad.
Day 13
Hoshangabad to Omkareshwar
As the day commences, you can choose to be a part of the aarti at Narmada Ghat. Later, head back for breakfast followed by check out from the hotel. You will be next visiting Omkareshwar, where you will be staying for the night.
Day 14
Visit Omkareshwar to Ujjain Temple
Day 14 brings an end to your Parikrama and its time to take a dip in the Narmada river. Post that visit the Omkareshwar Temple to offer the holy water you took as a blessing in the beginning. Bow down your head and makes wishes to Goddess Narmada, this completes your Parikrama.
Later you will be driving down to Ujjain for visiting some last tourist places on the list. As soon as you are done with check-in, start your spiritual tour to Shri Kaal Bhairav Temple. Out of the 5 things offered to the Lord, liquor is one of them. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 15
Drive Ujjain to Indore
This day marks the end of your wonderful journey. You can choose to pay your regards at the famous Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga and be a part of the Bhasma Aarti. After that you can enjoy your breakfast and get ready to leave for Indore. You will be escorted to the railway station/airport for your journey ahead.
